Meet the Team
Heather - Office Manager & Licensed Dental Assistant
Heather has been a part of the practice since 2003 and serves in a dual role as both Office Manager and Licensed Dental Assistant. With her many years of experience, she strives to provide solutions, clarity, and understanding for both patients and staff.
Heather lives on a small hobby farm surrounded by her furry and feathered friends and has a deep love for the outdoors. An avid hunter and fisher, she finds peace and balance in nature. She also enjoys board game nights with family and friends, baking with her daughter, and sharing her extensive knowledge of nutrition and healthy living.
Bobbie - Patient Care Coordinator & Dental Assistant (Unlicensed)
Bobbie grew up in Deerwood, where she continues to live with her husband and four children. She has been part of our team since 2018, bringing dedication, experience, and a strong commitment to patient care in her role at the front desk and as a dental assistant.
Outside of work, Bobbie loves spending time outdoors—camping, hiking, hunting, and snowmobiling are some of her favorite activities. Most of all, she values quality time with her family and enjoys making the most of Minnesota’s seasons.
Brianna - Registered Dental Hygienist
Brianna was born and raised in the Crosby area. She began her dental career by earning her Dental Assisting diploma in 2014, then continued her education at Lake Superior College, graduating from the Dental Hygiene program in 2017. She joined our team in August of 2022.
In her free time, Brianna enjoys reading and spending time with friends and family. As a hygienist, she values building relationships with patients and helping them feel comfortable and confident in their oral health.
Penny - Registered Dental Hygienist
Penny earned her Dental Hygiene degree from Lake Superior College in Duluth, Minnesota, in 2005. Born and raised in the Brainerd Lakes area, she continues to call the region home, where she lives with her husband, Jack. Together, they raised four children and a countless number of dogs.
Outside of the office, Penny’s greatest joy is spending time with her grandchildren. During the summer months, she can usually be found at the campground rather than at home. She also enjoys traveling, spending time on the water, walking her dogs, and making memories with family and friends.
Kathryn (Katie) – Certified Licensed Dental Assistant
Katie is a licensed and board-certified dental assistant and a graduate of Central Lakes College. A Crosby native, she has been a patient of this office since childhood and is proud to now be part of the team.
Katie enjoys working closely with patients and is known for her calm, steady presence in the dental chair. She focuses on patient comfort and helping individuals feel at ease—especially those who may feel nervous or unsure about dental care.
Outside of the office, Katie coaches JO volleyball and enjoys exploring bookstores, collecting vinyl records, and listening to music. She also loves traveling to the Twin Cities for concerts and events and staying active whenever she can.
